Control the Storage Environment to Prevent Material Aging
Keep it dry and well-ventilated: The relative humidity of the storage environment should be below 75% to prevent moisture from causing UHMWPE or aramid fibers to absorb moisture and degrade.
Avoid high temperatures and direct sunlight: The warehouse temperature should be controlled below 35℃. Direct sunlight is strictly prohibited to prevent ultraviolet rays from accelerating the aging of ceramic or polymer materials.
Place flat and do not fold: Inserts should be laid flat in a cool place. Do not stack or bend them to prevent structural deformation or micro-cracks.
Standardized Use and Operation Habits
Rotate use to reduce fatigue: If conditions permit, it is recommended to have two sets of inserts for rotation to reduce the continuous stress accumulation on a single insert.
