Overview:
LZ-D-JA car blocker is a new generation of car blocker developed by our company after studying the latest car blocker technology at home and abroad. It adopts electromechanical integrated remote control device, which is light in weight, easy to carry, simple to operate, safe and reliable. It can be set up at any time and deployed on the move without affecting the normal traffic flow. It is an indispensable advanced equipment for law enforcement departments such as public security, armed police, and public security when they need to set up checkpoints to intercept suspect vehicles.
The main body of the car blocker is made of high-strength alloy aluminum, the spikes are made of stainless steel, the shell is made of stainless steel spray, and the power supply is a new lithium-ion battery, which ensures the use strength and superior electrical performance of the roadblock.

Instructions for use:
1. Put the equipment box wheel face down on the road - the traction device faces the unfolding direction - open the locks on both sides - turn on the traction device power switch (the red button lights up for standby mode).
2. Pull out the remote control antenna and press the forward button ("A" up button), and the nail belt will unfold to the required length and release the button to stop.
3. When folding, press the back button ("B" down button) and release the button after the nail belt is folded to stop. (Note: The remote control has a delay function. When operating, grasp the advance amount, otherwise it will be damaged by the strong inertia impact on the box)
4. When folding the box, match the traction device with the interface of the nail belt box, then stand up the box and press the locks on both sides.
5. Please choose a flat road surface when laying.
6. When the remote control cannot be operated due to electromechanical failure, the traction device can be held to pull out the nail belt and complete the layout manually.
Precautions: (Please read carefully before use)
--Due to the sharpness of the nails, be careful to avoid injury during operation and maintenance.
--During the deployment, there must be a dedicated person on duty near the nail belt to avoid accidental injury to pedestrians and vehicles.
--During the deployment and interception, it is strictly forbidden for any person to appear within 25 meters of the intercepted vehicle and the inertial direction of the nail belt to avoid personal injury due to loss of control after the vehicle tire is broken.
--When the equipment is idle for a long time, it needs to be charged once every 30 days.
--The power switch must be turned off in time after use.
--It is strictly forbidden to maliciously drop or hit the equipment box.
--This product is an electromechanical product. Please pay attention to waterproof, moisture-proof and sun-proof during use and storage.
--When re-installing the nail, be sure to put the O-ring on the top of the nail shaft (nail base), otherwise the nail will fall off easily.
Judgment and maintenance of general faults
1. If a remote control failure occurs, please check according to the following steps:
--Check whether the power supply of the remote control is normal (whether the battery of the remote control needs to be replaced).
--Check whether the power supply of the equipment box is normal (a lithium battery can be retracted and extended by remote control for more than 100 times or standby for more than 100 hours after a normal charge. If the working efficiency of the equipment is greatly reduced, consider replacing a new battery).
--Check whether the circuit board is normal (when the power is turned on, whether the circuit board indicator is on).
2. If the nail belt (aluminum strip) is deformed and cannot be retracted normally, please manually adjust the deformed aluminum strip to make it straight to restore it to normal.
3. The product is an electromechanical product. Non-professionals are strictly prohibited from disassembling it by themselves.
