Anti Gas Mask

The FNJ05 gas mask is a filtering personal protective equipment (PPE) used in conjunction with a filter canister. It effectively protects the respiratory system from toxic agents and provides protection against radiation, biological and chemical agents, fumes, and radioactive dust. Suitable for use in various workplaces including industry, agriculture, research institutions, transportation, and emergency response.

The FNJ05 gas mask is a headband-style mask made of high-quality silicone. It features a six-point headband with excellent physical and mechanical properties, a communication device, and comfortable wear. It can be used with chemical protective clothing. The lens is made of reinforced polycarbonate with a surface coating, offering good light transmission, abrasion resistance, and impact resistance.The product conforms to GB2890-2022.

1. Protection Time: Different types of filters (filter canisters) can be selected according to the target of protection. 1. Protection time is the same as the performance of the selected filter element;

2. Exhalation resistance: ≤160Pa (160L/min);

3. Inhalation resistance: ≤50Pa (30L/min);

4. Field of view: Total field of view not less than 70%, binocular field of view not less than 40%, downward field of view not less than 40%;

5. Mask leakage rate: ≤0.05%;

6. Mask breathing valve airtightness: When the exhalation valve is depressurized to -1180Pa, the negative pressure drop of the exhalation valve should not exceed 500Pa within 45s;

7. Dead space: ≤1;

8. Shelf life: Under specified conditions, the mask filter element has a shelf life of 5 years.

IV. Matching: The FNJ05 mask is generally a four-piece set: single mask + filter canister + camouflage bag + military-grade box.

V. Camouflage Bag Series: Different camouflage bags can be matched according to customer needs; (additional charges apply for camouflage bags other than the default camouflage bag).
